See You On Campus This Spring!

The holidays have come and gone, and soon enough we’ll all be hustling into our busy spring schedules. For a few of us at camp, that means we have the opportunity to get out on some of your campuses for some wonderful face time! As of now, this is where we know we’ll be visiting in the months ahead…holler if you want us to come your way as well:

Sewanee University in TN on January 28
Anderson University in SC on January 29
Gardner-Webb University in NC on February 4
Indiana University in IN on February 5
Brevard College in NC on February 11
App State in NC on February 12
Warren Wilson College in NC on February 13
Clemson University in SC on February 18
Lee University in TN on March 26

Plans are still coming together for late February and early March, and we may be visiting more campuses in SC, GA and TN. Stay current with the latest travel plans through the College Tours page of the team website.

Important Dates & Events Coming!

We all have lots going on this semester, and we’re excited about the team that’s coming together for this summer! We want to build some solid staff momentum ahead of time, so we plan to hold two Google Meet video calls:
one on February 6th
and one on April 24th.

More details to come, but pencil it in for around 8pm EST both of those nights, and we’ll look forward to seeing you then!

Completing and submitting forms will also become important in the months ahead. Your physician’s exam form is now available…so go ahead and schedule that doctor’s appointment! Other forms will become available soon in WorkBright and in your CampInTouch account. Stay tuned!

New Father/Son Weekend in 2025!

For the past several years, we’ve had a couple Father/Son Weekends before camp, with a third after camp…followed by Family Camp. This summer we actually have three Father/Son Weekends in May, with a new fourth and final Father/Son Weekend in August!

We’ll lean on veteran staff to fill most of the needed positions for the first two weekends, and the other two will be a combination of returning and new staff. We’d love to hear from all of you…especially veteran staff who haven’t been in regular contact with us so far this off-season.
